its an interesting interpretation, but there is one thing, that displacement of people did not occur everywhere, it did, a lot, in Ain El Mreisi, Ashrafieh, Clemenceau, and soon possible Beshoura, also somewhat in downtown, but not all of it... just so you know, since gentrification is happening in different ways around Beirut
