Is there a particular party or organization as a supporter or head of the movement?

    no there is no hierarchical structure... activist usualy work spontaneously, not under one flag, and not consistently on this subject... Save Beirut Heritage is probably the most concentrated organization on this subject, but still, they cannot be considered the "head of a movement"...
